Join Aria and Gus for a fast paced flow. This class reflects the movements of their own physical practice and personality. This warrior class will build up foundational strength, boost your confidence and teach you how to progress quickly into postures that you never thought possible. We will combine a series of flexibility-focused postures to help us move into challenging inversions and arm balances with a new sense of ease. Don't be scared no matter where you are in your practice you will see the progress after this flow. The mantra that you need to adopt is I CAN. We will have fun with advanced poses and transitions while seeking a higher level of focus and a new sense of mindfulness.

Ashtanga Yoga is a haha yoga method by Sri K.Pattabhi Jois and founded on asana, third step in Patanjali system. In ashtanga yoga, asanas are fixated in a specific order within 6 different series. In all series, sun salutations A-B, standing poses, backbends and ending sequence is practiced in same way. These two ashtanga classes will take you to journey of basic elements of this practice,; vinyasa, breath and bandhas.

This class is a self discovery practice contemplating on the journey of soul through deep hip openers, inversions, mantras, mudras and meditation. This class is a qyest to wake up your inner hero and find the courage tol ive the life as in our dreams.
 
This practice will be t e story of finding our own paths through stories and mythology of Aborjins, Ancient Greeks, Indian epics, Budist stories, World classics and Hollywood films.

Sadhana means spiritual discipline. All spiritual practices that supports awakening are called “Sadhana”. It requires determination, persistance, devotion and permanent state of learning so that it opens a space for student to root and Works as an anchor thorugh the flow.
 
Lakshmi is Goddess of love. We invite Lakshmi into our lives for luck, abundance, beauty, power, fame, elegance and grace. Lakshmi’s Powers are not limited to those though. She is the ocean of abundance for each of us for internal flame, lightning of grace within.
 
This class that we will progress step by step to Lakshmi is also begining of Sadhana devoted to Lakshmi.
 
We will learn to prepare our altar to continue Sadhana for 40 days at our home and explore 9 Kramas to invite the Goddess through mantra, mudra, pranayama and asana and spread the love of the Goddess into our hearts.

This class is dedicated to self discovery; remembering who you truly are. Through a slow and meditative yoga practice and paying attention to the question 'who/ what am I?' in a contemplative way, we will see that the layers of limiting assumptions and convictions about ourselves and the world start to fall away. When this happens a great space of peace is revealed. This space of Peace is what we timelessly are.
 
All awakened Masters share with us that we are already our true and peaceful Self but that we are just not aware of that. In a way it is so obvious, so intimate, that we don’t recognize it. It takes a shift of focus, or to come to full stop, to move beyond the restless thinking mind and become aware of a timeless and peaceful Stillness what we essentially are. This deepening class is an opportunity to recognize our true Self. And to abide as that.
 
The love, peace & joy we can experience in work, relationships and many different situations in our life are always temporary and never guaranteed. We can discover for ourselves that the qualities we all long for, arise from the space of stillness within. When we deeply recognize this we can enjoy and be fully content with our day to day life even more because we clearly see that our peace and happiness are not depending on the ever changing daily circumstances.

Kirtan is way of singing mantra with a devotion rooted in ancient times. They are song with music instruments and encourage the participants to sing mantras together, dance and clap. When you join a Kirtan, you can't stop the wish to be a part of it. With its power of touching the hearth, Kirtan deepens the state of joy and meditation and opens your hearth. With mantras, soul awakens to the natural state of itself, everybody is welcomed to join to mantras with joy, all you need is a wish to find yourself in your heart.

Our voice is one of the most important tools to express ourselves. As time goes and as we develop ourselves into roles, our relationship with our voice also gets defined. We build mental and physical patterns that is available for every situation with our inner and outer voice. These patterns limits our life energy and potential.

This workshop is designed to meet us the natural power of our voice that lies within each of us and enable us to use our voice as a tool to carry us to awareness and to harmony. Workshop is open for all levels. We recommend having the last meaal minimum one hour prior to the class.
